Pepperoni Pizza Subs

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Sub Bread,Turkey pepperoni,mozzarella cheese, Favorite Veggies.
Directions to prepare:
1 cut open sub bread. 2 apply ingredients 3 put in oven for 1:30 minutes

Microwave Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 med. onion, cut into quarters and thinly sliced.
  • 4 med. ripe tomatoes, chopped into fourths.
  • 4 small carrots, peeled and cut into thin rounds.
  • 2 ribs celery, trimmed and cut into thin rounds.
  • 1 lg. bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 cups water
Utencils:
Cutting board, knife, large microwave safe bowl
Directions to prepare:
  1. Place the oil and onion in a large bowl
  2. microwave, uncovered, on high for 3 minutes, or until wilted.
  3. add tomatoes, cover the bowl, and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining ingridients, cover and microwave on high for 20 minutes, or until the carrots and celery are tender.
  5. Remove the bay leaf
  6. Serve immediately. Makes 3-4 servings.
