celery
raisins
peanut butter or cream cheese
Directions to prepare:
Wash and then cut the celery into small pieces, put on the peanut butter, then put raisins on top.

This is a healthy snack that can provide one fruit serving (raisins) and one vegetable serving (celery). The peanut butter is an excellent source of protein and will give you energy.

Any flavor rice cake. Your choice of healthy topping. Great choices are peanut butter, sliced tomato and melted cheese, applesauce, smashed banana, low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat yogurt, turkey, low-fat ranch dressing.

Top your favorite flavor of rice cake with your favorite topping and enjoy.
