Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • Strawberries
  • lowfat vanilla ice-cream
  • whipped cream(if you want it
  • ice
  • milk
Directions to prepare:
  1. Put strawberries,ice cream, ice, and milk in the blender
  2. Press the pasturize button.
  3. Blend until all ingredients form a smooth texture

1-2 minutes

This snack is low-fat and a yummy treat between meals.

Horse Teeth

Ingredients:
red apple, peanut butter, mini marshmallows
Utencils:
knife
Directions to prepare:
Wash and cut the apple into 8 wedges removing the core. Spread peanut butter on one side of the wedges. Push 4 mini marshmallows into the peanut butter on 4 of the wedges. Put the other 4 wedges on top of the marshmallows, peanut butter side down. Make sure the apple wedges are facing the same way. Take a look. It looks like a horse smiling back at you.

10 minutes
Snack Facts:
This snack is a fun way to get a serving a fruit for the day. Peanut butter is a great source of protein.
