Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • Strawberries
  • lowfat vanilla ice-cream
  • whipped cream(if you want it
  • ice
  • milk
Directions to prepare:
  1. Put strawberries,ice cream, ice, and milk in the blender
  2. Press the pasturize button.
  3. Blend until all ingredients form a smooth texture
Prep Time:
1-2 minutes
Snack Facts:
This snack is low-fat and a yummy treat between meals.

Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 hard boiled egg, 1 tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise, 1 piece of wheat bread
Utencils:
fork, spoon, small bowl
Directions to prepare:
Smash the egg with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise and spread it on 1/2 of the bread. Fold the bread over and you have a great sandwich. If you are really hungry you can use 2 eggs and 2 pieces of wheat bread.
Snack Facts:
Eggs are a very nutritious food. They are an excellent source of high quality protein.
