Strawberry Smoothie |

Ingredients: |

- Strawberries
- lowfat vanilla ice-cream
- whipped cream(if you want it
- ice
- milk
|

Directions to prepare: |
 |
|
- Put strawberries,ice cream, ice, and milk in the blender
- Press the pasturize button.
- Blend until all ingredients form a smooth texture

Ingredients: |

| 1 hard boiled egg, 1 tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise, 1 piece of wheat bread |

| fork, spoon, small bowl |

Directions to prepare: |
 |
|
| Smash the egg with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise and spread it on 1/2 of the bread. Fold the bread over and you have a great sandwich. If you are really hungry you can use 2 eggs and 2 pieces of wheat bread. |
